Global Administrator Lockout

Hello,

I am facing a Global Administrator Lockout issue and need to regain access immediately. I called the support number, and it was an automated system. I think I was successfully able to put in a support ticket ([Moderator note: personal info removed]). I am kindly asking for an immediate call back at the number associated with the account for assistance. As we cannot access the Microsoft account, I will not be able to see any emails and can only communcate via telephone regarding this issue. I kindly request that this issue be escalated.
