SC-300 is a Microsoft Certification exam, so the certificate and transcript are managed through the Microsoft Learn profile and Certification Dashboard.

    Based on the documented process:

    1. Exam results and certifications can take up to 24 hours to appear in the Learn profile’s Certifications tab, but in some cases there can be delays and account issues.
    2. First, verify that the correct Learn profile is being used:
      • Sign in to the Learn profile.
      • Confirm that this is the same account used when registering for and taking the SC-300 exam.
    3. Check whether the certification is present:
      • In the Learn profile, select CredentialsCertifications and look for the SC-300 certification.
      • If visible, the certificate can be viewed/downloaded from the Certification Dashboard via the guidance in Access your certificates, badges, and transcript.
    4. Check the transcript in Learn:
      • From the Learn profile, select Transcript in the left menu.
      • The transcript should list all successfully completed certifications and modules. If SC-300 appears here, a shareable link or printable/PDF copy can be generated from this page.
    5. If the certification or exam is missing from the profile and transcript after a week, and a support case is already open but not resolved, the next step is to continue working with Microsoft Credentials Support, as only that team can correct profile, merge-account, or result-posting issues:
      • Use the dedicated support channel described in the Q&A references (for example, via https://aka.ms/credentialssupport or the Services Hub links in the context) to ensure the ticket is logged under Product Family: Learning and Service: Microsoft Credentials.
      • Provide them with exam details and screenshots of the Certifications and Transcript pages showing the missing SC-300 record.

Until Microsoft Credentials Support updates the account and posts the result, the SC-300 certificate and transcript entry will not be available in the portal.
