WHY I CAN NOT UPDATE MY SUBSCRIPTION

THERE IS A ISSUE WITH MY BILING ADDRESS??

    Hi,

    To resolve this, please remove and re-add the address.

    To update the billing address:

    • Sign in at account.microsoft.com.
    • Go to Payment & billing > Address book.
    • Edit the address and save the changes.

    If the issue continues:

    • Go to the Microsoft Contact Us page and sign in.
    • Enter Billing and payment in the search box.
    • Select Get help, then choose Contact Support.
    • Under Products and Services, select Microsoft 365 and Office, and for Category choose Billing and payment updates.
    • Click Confirm and proceed with the option to chat with a support representative.
