Hover-Over Bug on Outllook Email UI

Hello, I see there is a bug on Outlook UI, when I hover-over on Quick-actions tab there is a blue icon on right corner ths second last, so on hover-over it shows duplicate items in dropdown. please see the attachment,i shared here.

I understand that you are noticing unexpected duplicate entries appearing when hovering over the Quick Actions area in the Outlook web interface. 

Before we proceed further, I would like to narrow this down slightly: 

• Are you experiencing this issue while using a personal Microsoft account, or a work or school account? 
• Does this behavior occur in all browsers you’ve tested, or only in a specific one?
