why am i no longer able to save my files

I have been using your software for years. Today for some reason I can access my files but when I try to save them after updating them, the save is not available. It will not let me save my files.

    Hello,

    I am happy to get it fixed for you. Can I get a screenshot of the error message when you try to save? I want to cross check if it is an activation issue or something else.

    Also verify the subscription active at https://account.microsoft.com/services

    I’m eager to hear back and work together to find a solution.
