Ensure that you've latest camera drivers installed. You can update this from Device Manager.

Thank you for sharing the screenshot. After reviewing the image, it appears to be a hardware issue with the camera module rather than a software problem.
Could you please check if the same vertical lines appear when using a different camera application, such as Google Meet or Zoom?
If the lines appear there as well, it is very likely a hardware issue. In that case, you should contact your laptop manufacturer and have them check the internal cables or the camera module to determine whether it requires a replacement.
