Are these undeliverable messages happening for all recipients or just specific email addresses?
Check the bounce email details first, then in Outlook go to File, Account Settings, Account Settings, select your account, and click Repair to refresh your mail profile.
Next, confirm your outgoing server settings by going to File, Account Settings, Server Settings and make sure SMTP server, port, and encryption match your email provider.
Also check your Outbox for stuck messages and clear them, then send a new test email. These steps will fix sending errors caused by incorrect server settings or a corrupted profile.
