Hey there! Nice to meet you!

Just in case you are referring to Tax invoices, they will be available for download from the Order details within 2 to 5 days after purchase.

You may check it on account.microsoft.com > Order History > Select the date range when you have purchased/renewed the subscription > Once you have located your Microsoft 365 family transaction, click Order Detail > Tax invoice.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,

Yes. For Microsoft consumer subscriptions, an email is sent at the end of each billing period saying that a new invoice is ready to view or download in the Microsoft 365 admin center. If billing is monthly, an invoice is generated each month; if yearly, an invoice is generated each year. The billing period on the invoice shows the date range during which charges accrued, and the service period shows the dates of service being charged.

To receive an invoice whenever a subscription charge is made, ensure the subscription is set to the desired billing frequency (monthly or yearly). At the end of each billing period, an invoice is produced for that period’s charges and made available to view or download. An email notification is sent when the invoice is ready.

If the total due changes from one invoice to the next, it can be because licenses were added or removed, the subscription was canceled and final charges or credits applied, or the subscription renewed with a different price.
