I redeemed a Minecraft Minecoins code on my Microsoft account. The code was accepted but the Minecoins did not appear in my Minecraft Marketplace. I am playing on Bedrock PC. Please check my transaction and add the Mincoins to my account.

    I'm sorry to hear the coins didn't show up. Usually, it comes down to one of two things.

    The most likely cause is an accidental account mismatch. If the code was (mistakenly) redeemed on a different account than the one signed into Minecraft, then of course the coins won't appear. To check, open Minecraft > Settings > Account and confirm which Microsoft account is active, then make sure it matches the account you used to redeem at https://redeem.microsoft.com.

    If the accounts match, it may just be a sync delay — coins can occasionally take up to 24–48 hours to reflect. Try restarting Minecraft and checking again after some time.

    If neither resolves it, contact Microsoft Support directly with your redemption confirmation and they can look into it: https://support.microsoft.com.
