On April 2 i bought MS 365 business prem, but i can't download it. I think it may be because my computer is still using my old email account, which was a personal - non-business - account. It just can't access MS 365 bus. What do i do? My order id is 20f7ad41-baed-4a1a-de9f-6cfd26774e50

    Hello

Go to Settings > Apps > Installed Apps, uninstall the Microsoft 365.

Then restart the computer, and use this instruction to reinstall as business.

    Please go to https://www.office.com

Sign into the Microsoft account you used for the subscription. This is not your personal account credential. When you set up the business subscription, you should have set up an user in this format: username @ business.onmicrosoft.com , where username and busienss were defined by you.

Click on Apps on the left.

Then on the upper right, click on "Install apps". This will now download the installer file. Once downloaded, click on the file to install. It will install the Desktop version of the apps for you then.

The Microsoft 365 Business Premium subscription is a Microsoft 365 for business product and must be installed and activated using the work or school account that the license was assigned to, not a personal Microsoft account.

    Do the following:

    1. Confirm the correct account and license
      • Make sure the organization’s Microsoft 365 admin assigned a Business Premium (or other business) license to the work account.
      • If there is a problem using or installing Microsoft 365, it can be because the account does not have the necessary license or the subscription does not include the desktop apps. In that case, the Microsoft 365 admin must assign or adjust the license.
    2. Sign in with the work or school account to install
      • Go to microsoft365.com.
      • Sign out of any personal Microsoft account if currently signed in.
      • Sign in with the work or school account associated with the Business Premium subscription.
      • After signing in, use the install option shown on the page to download and install the Microsoft 365 apps.
    3. If no install option appears
      • Some organizations manage all installations centrally. If the apps are not already installed and there is no install button after signing in with the work or school account, contact the organization’s Microsoft 365 administrator so they can:
        • Confirm a license that includes desktop apps is assigned.
        • Install the apps for the device if self-install is disabled.
    4. If the product was purchased through Microsoft Store
      • Go to the Order history page.
      • Find Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 in the order list, select Product key/install, then Install Office, and follow the instructions.

Once the correct work or school account with an assigned business license is used, the download and installation options for Microsoft 365 Business apps should be available.
