need to add Microsoft office Professional to third computer

I have purchased Microsoft Office Professional 2024. I have place it on two computers, However I Need assistance to place it on the third computer. I have been trying mor several weeks. I have the product key, however when I go word or excel it says switch accounts not, add product key.

Please help I have had various instructions sent and followed them. I just really need to speak to a representative. Please
