Locked out of account

I was e-mailed about an invoice for "Apps for Office 365 for Business" transaction coming up at the end of March. I tried several times to get into my account, but was telling me that my e-mail is associated with a personal account and would not let me in for the business one. I reached out to the chat, but they said I needed to contact the business customer service. I am not able to access it and the phone numbers listed are just robo calls that keep kicking me off. I have tried chat twice, calling 4 times.... I haven't been able to talk to a real person that can help me. There was no way for me to cancel the charge before it was billed and I just paid $99 for something I don't even need because I already have a personal Office 365 account. My business is extremely small and I only use Quickbooks (not Microsoft). How do I 1. Get into my business account and remove it? Incredibly frustrated that I can't get through to someone who can help me.
