    Dear @Ervin, Gerard,

To ensure I understand your request correctly and to support you as effectively as possible, I need more specific information from you:

    • Could you please confirm you are using Project or Planner to pin your projects?

Since based on my test environment, only Planner has Pinned side bar.

Based on what you described (“two projects” you want to appear in the Pinned sidebar), there are two common ways where pinning applies. I’m including both options below so you can use the one that matches the screen you are working in.

Option 1: Pin the two projects/plans in Microsoft Planner (Pins list in the left navigation)

    • Open Microsoft Planner and go to your plans list (the Planner hub where you can see your plans).
    • Locate the plan/project you want to pin, then hover over it and select the "…" (three dots) menu.
    • Choose Add to pins. This moves the plan into your Pins list and also adds it to the list on the left for quicker access.
    • Repeat the same steps for your second project/plan. Pin selected plans - Microsoft Support

If you ever want to remove it, you can hover the plan again > "…" > Remove pin.

Note: If your organization is not using Exchange Online for your account, Planner may not allow pinning specific plans

Option 2: Pin (favorite) your two projects in Project

    • Go to Project and open each of the two projects once so they appear in the Recent list (a project must be in Recent before it can be added to Favorites).
    • In Project Home, in the Recent list, hover over the first project.
    • Select Mark favorite (star). The project moves to the Favorites list and will show at the top of Project Home.
    • Repeat step 3–4 for the second project. Get started with Project Home - Microsoft Support

I hope this fulfil your request, if it does not, please share more detailed information which I could help you efficiently.

As a moderator, I do not have the tools to investigate your specific account directly because this is a user-to-user support forum. Our role is limited to providing technical support on reported issues, requests, or ideas. However, I will try my best to support as clearly as possible.

To include projects in the Pinned sidebar in the Planner Power App, pin the corresponding plans from the Recent list.

    Follow these steps:

    1. In the Planner Power App, open the left pane:
      • On the left, above the tabs, select Site Map to expand the left pane (skip if already expanded).
    2. Pin the projects’ plans from Recent:
      • In the left pane, select Recent.
      • Find each plan that corresponds to the project.
      • Select the pin icon next to the plan to pin it.
      • The plan now appears under Pinned (just below Recent), and the pin icon changes. Select it again to unpin if needed.
    3. To unpin from the Pinned list:
      • In the left pane, select Pinned.
      • Select the icon to the left of the pinned plan to remove it from Pinned.

The pinned plans (projects) will now be available in the Pinned section in the left sidebar for quick access.
