I got a new phone a few months ago and forgot to change the one on my account. now I cant change anything in my account because of 2 factor authentication being linked to the old phone. I have tried calling support and using the support on the website but the AI is not just unhelpful, it hangs up on me when it gets confused. I just want to speak to a human. this would take 5 seconds if it wasnt for the useless bots.
