Why does outlook for th web always open the window with really, really tiny font if I double-click?

It must be a setting somewhere, but I can't seem to be able to speak to anyone to ask such a simple question????

This isn't exactly the issue. Even if I zoom to be able to read it the 'window' is small. See below. I zoom to read the email content, but the menus are still tiny. I should be able to communicate with Microsoft about this in some form, but can not. Its actually a disgrace that there is not a single method of communication with them.

Hi, I'm Rodrigo and I will help you.
The zoom level on the message on Outlook Web is saved from the last option set.
You can change the zoom level by holding Ctrl and scrolling down/up or Ctrl and + or -

After setting this zoom level, it is saved until you change it again.
