i redeemed my 5 dollar microsoft rewards ib 4/3/26 around 4 pm but the 25 character code. I've literally waited over 25+ hours and its still isnt available, if u COULD, can you please refund my microsoft points or generate the code? i can give u the order number if u need it. Thanks

Microsoft Rewards redemptions are final and cannot be cancelled or exchanged for a refund of points, except in the case of defective products or where required by applicable law. Once a reward is ordered, it cannot be cancelled or returned for a refund of points.

To check the status of the $5 Microsoft gift card and get the 25-character code:

1. Sign in to the Microsoft Rewards page.
2. Select Redeem and then Order history.
3. Find the gift card order and look under Status.
4. Select Order Details to view the code or redemption link, or select Resend to have the confirmation email sent again to the primary email address on the Microsoft account.

If the reward is out of stock or unavailable, Microsoft may substitute a reward of comparable value or refund the points.

If the code still does not appear or is defective, contact Microsoft Rewards Customer Support through the Rewards support channel so the Rewards team can review the order and assist.
