fresh start to get read of corrupted files for new game starfield

Question

I purchased starfield from MS I need to reset game, delete game files to get fresh start.

due to Bethesda not fixing their new game plus bugs, their having an update coming I got corrupted files and I want to start over fresh like just I first Started the game.

To get a completely fresh start for Starfield on Windows 11, remove the game and its data, then reinstall it.
