How do i Redeem an amazon gift card from Microsoft?

Question

So i got enough points to get myself a $5 Amazon gift card, and it said the reward as on its way

but so far i got nothing,

no notifications

i checked Amazon, didnt find anything

Checked my gmail, nothing

Yes, i used the same account

Am i missing something here? how do I redeem it?

Have you checked your Spam or Junk folder? Sometimes the email with the gift card details can end up there.

Also, please note that rewards from Microsoft Rewards can take up to 24 hours (or occasionally longer) to be processed and delivered after redemption.

• Double-check that you’re signed in to the correct email account used for Microsoft Rewards.
• Look for any emails from Microsoft Rewards in all folders (Inbox, Spam, Promotions).
• Check your Microsoft Rewards order history to confirm the status of the reward.

If it has already been more than 24 hours, I recommend waiting a bit longer, as there can sometimes be slight delays.
