I can't find a search button for FAQ to see if someone asked my question. Did Microsoft not offer a search button for finding a question ? Do I really have to sit here and scan through infinite pages to see if someone already asked my question? and read their answer which might help my situation ?

On Microsoft Q&A there is no separate “FAQ search” button. All Q&A content (including questions similar to yours) is searched through the main Microsoft Learn search box.

To search for existing questions and answers:

    1. Go to any Microsoft Q&A page.
    2. Use the search box at the top-right of the page (the same Learn search control used across learn.microsoft.com).
    3. Type keywords or a short sentence that describes the problem.
    4. As text is entered, autosuggestions will appear; select one of them or press Enter to run the search.
    5. On the results page, the scope is automatically set to Q&A, so the results are only questions and answers.
    6. Each result card shows:
      • Question title (clickable)
      • URL path of the question
      • How well the content matches the search term
      • Whether the question has answers and how many are accepted
      • Last update time
      • Who asked it and when

If the desired answer is not found, adjust the keywords (for example, include the product name plus the error message) and search again. If nothing relevant appears, post a new question using the Ask a question button.
