I'm in Türkiye, but I can't make the payment because it shows me as being on the Turks and Caicos Islands.

I want to reactivate my Office membership, but I can't make a payment because my credit card screen shows me as being on the island of Turks and Caios instead of Türkiye.

I provided you with the link because, on most search engines, the Turks and Caicos locale page appears as the first result. Clicking it typically sets the billing to that region, which can cause issues. I also shared an exact Turkish link for the same reason.

Over to your issue - if you are on Windows, is the region correctly set in Settings > Time and Language > Region?

Moreover, at https://account.microsoft.com/profile, the region must be correct.

If both of them are correct, a sales representative should help you, more on reaching out to them later.

The issue is caused by a country/region mismatch between the subscription and the payment method. The account or subscription is currently associated with Turks and Caicos Islands, but the payment card is issued in Türkiye, so the system blocks the transaction.

    To resolve this:

    1. Check and correct the Microsoft account region
      • Go to the Microsoft account profile page and verify that the country/region is set to Türkiye, not Turks and Caicos Islands.
      • If the region is wrong and you can change it, update it to Türkiye.
    2. If the subscription was originally purchased for a different region
      • If the Microsoft 365 subscription was bought for Turks and Caicos Islands, it cannot be activated or renewed in a different region.
      • In this case, either:
        1. Wait for the existing subscription (for the other region) to expire if the expiration date is very soon, or
        2. Cancel the existing subscription.
      • A new subscription for Türkiye can only be purchased after the existing, other-region subscription is gone.
    3. If you cannot change the region or still cannot pay
      • There are additional restrictions that can prevent changing country/region (for example, recent region change, suspended account, or age-related rules).
      • For detailed help with region or activation problems, contact Office/Microsoft Support directly using the support links in the documentation.

Until the billing/region issue is fixed, Microsoft 365 apps might show subscription or deactivation messages. If access is needed immediately while resolving this, Microsoft 365 for the web can be used via a browser at https://microsoft365.com.
