I recently found out that my Microsoft Rewards account has been suspended. I would like to sincerely apologize if I have violated any of the program rules.

I was using a VPN without realizing that it is against the Microsoft Rewards terms of service. It was not my intention to misuse the program or gain any unfair advantage.

I understand now that this was a mistake, and I assure you that I will fully comply with all the rules moving forward and will not use a VPN again.

I kindly ask you to review my account and consider reinstating it. I value the Microsoft Rewards program and would really appreciate another chance.
