This issue occurs when there is a corrupted system file on the PC. To sort out the issue, kindly follow the steps below:
Method 1. Reset Microsoft Store:
Press the Windows key + R, then type in:
wsreset
Then hit OK
Restart the PC and try to upgrade again.
Method 2. Create new user:
Go to Settings > Accounts > Other users > Add account
Follow the prompts to create an account.
Then go to Settings > Accounts > Other users > Select the account you created > Click "Change account type" then select "Administrator"
Restart the PC and log in to the new account, then try to upgrade to Pro again.
