Original Account was Hacked cant use recovery because they removed my original email.

Good morning, i am posting on my backup account

As stated in the title i woke up this morning to a flurry of emails from Microsoft saying my account had been accessed, password change, primary email changed all in the span of 5 minuets! they removed my original account. so when i go to self help they say my username and phone number are not recognized. im looking for what are the next steps because the self help dosent do anything.

I'm sorry to hear about your problem. If your email address was changed by the hacker, you should use the ACSR account recovery form.

You can also use this form https://aka.ms/recovermyaccount, which will be sent to a team specializing in this type of problem. (Although it mentions Xbox, the form is also for Microsoft account recovery.)
