    Hi BJ Schellenberg

From your post, you’re unable to sign in to your Microsoft account, and the Sign‑in Helper is not resolving the issue. I understand this is frustrating.

To narrow this down before going further, could you please confirm:

    • When you try to sign in, are you completely blocked from accessing the account, or can you reach the sign‑in page but get stuck at password or verification?
    • Is this a personal Microsoft account (such as Outlook.com/Hotmail), or a work/ school account?

If you're completely unable to sign in and the Sign‑in Helper does not move you forward, the supported next step for a personal Microsoft account is to submit the account recovery form (ACSR):

    • Go to: https://account.live.com/acsr
    • Enter your locked email and an alternate email where Microsoft can contact you.
    • Provide as many accurate details as possible, such as old passwords, frequent contacts/subject lines and submit from a familiar device/location.
    • Wait 24–72 hours for a response. You may refine and resubmit up to twice per day.
    • Please see this official guide to help you fill out the form more accurately: Help with the Microsoft account recovery form - Microsoft Support

For more details, you can see this official article: I can't sign in to my Microsoft account - Microsoft Support

Please feel free to let me know how it goes and thank you so much for your understanding.
