Not getting credit for emails opened in rewards

Today I am not getting credit for opening 3 emails on my phone using Bing browser to open Outlook.com.

Day 4 and still not working. I guess Microsoft doesn't know how to help. I have done all things suggested and to no avail.

It seems to be opening a different version of outlook, I've tried everything as well, I'm done.

Day 5 and counting. If this is no long going to be a reward they could at least take it off the Rewards page.

Day 7, I should have collected a puzzle piece, working toward that extra 1000 points. Is this ever going to be fixed?

If you haven't already, please clear the Bing app cache in the app settings and sign in to your Microsoft account again. Alternatively, you can download the MSN (Start) app from the Play Store or App Store. Check if the Rewards task works there.

If issue persists, you can ask the Microsoft Rewards team to help you restore your streak. Please use this specific link with the appropriate category: https://rewards.bing.com/support?categoryId=earning_points&subcategoryId=broken_streak

I really hope they can restore your lost streak soon.

Thanks John, unfortunately this did not work. It has done it before and I just started again the next day, since it was working but I thought I would ask for help and see where I got. I will try again later tonight but I don't hold out much hope. Thanks again.

You may contact Rewards support so they can check where the issue is coming from, using the specific link I provided earlier, and also restore your streak.
