    Hi,

If you’re still receiving emails on your iCloud account but not on your Yahoo account, it doesn’t always mean your account was hacked. It could be due to settings, filters, or access issues. However, it’s important to act quickly to make sure your account is safe.

Please try switching to a different internet connection. Then open an InPrivate window by pressing Ctrl + Shift + N, and sign in to your account using the link below:

    https://account.microsoft.com/

Send yourself a test email. Did you receive it in your inbox?

If emails are still not arriving, check your Blocked senders list and mailbox storage to make sure it isn’t full. Sign in at:

    https://outlook.live.com/

Go to Settings > Accounts > Storage. Expand both Microsoft Storage and Cloud Storage. Also, confirm the sender is using the correct email address.

-Make sure you’re signed in with the correct Microsoft account.

-Check the Junk, Other, and Archive folders.

-Go to Settings > Mail > Rules and confirm no rule is moving or deleting messages.

To be sure, as an additional security measure, please review “How to help keep your Microsoft account secure”: https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-help-keep-your-microsoft-account-secure-628538c2-7006-33bb-5ef4-c917657362b9

Follow these steps to secure the Outlook.com/Microsoft account and email:

    1. Recover and secure the Microsoft account
      • If there is any sign of hacking (missing mail, rules created, password changed, etc.), follow the official recovery process: use the Microsoft hacked/compromised account troubleshooter, which will guide through self-help or connect to an agent if available: How to recover a hacked or compromised Microsoft account.
      • After regaining access, immediately change the account password using the official password reset page for Outlook.com/Live/Hotmail: Outlook.com, Live, and Hotmail.
    2. Check Outlook.com for malicious rules or forwarding
      • Sign in to Outlook.com on the web.
      • Open Settings → Mail → Rules and delete any rules that move, delete, or forward messages unexpectedly.
      • Check Mail → Forwarding and remove any forwarding address that is not recognized.
    3. Protect the Outlook.com account going forward
      • Turn on and keep multi-factor authentication (MFA) enabled for the Microsoft account using the security tools mentioned under “Account security tools.”
      • Review sign-in alerts and unusual sign-in notifications; if any are unexpected, follow the guidance under “I think my account's been compromised.”
      • Be cautious with suspicious emails:
        • Look for the trusted sender icon on new messages; if it is not present on a suspicious message, verify with the sender before opening.
        • Pay attention to yellow and red safety bars; delete messages with a red safety bar.
    4. Update passwords in Outlook apps
      • If Outlook for iOS or Android is used, after changing the account password, the app should prompt for the new password. If needed, update the password for Outlook.com/Live/Hotmail via the same reset link above.

If the account cannot be recovered using the official hacked-account guide and recovery form, there is no alternate supported method to restore access.
