I missed AB-100 test today due to personal emergency. Any way that I get help on reschedule or refund on exam voucher.

If an exam appointment is missed and was not cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, the exam fee or voucher is normally forfeited and refunds are not offered.

   • Check the exam appointment in the Learn profile and see whether any reschedule option is still available:
     • Sign in to the Learn profile.
     • Go to Profile → Credentials → Certifications.
     • Locate the exam appointment and select “Cancel” or “Reschedule” if the links are still available; this will redirect to the exam delivery provider’s site.
   • If the voucher came from a special program (for example, an event or promotion), review the specific terms for that voucher to confirm whether a missed appointment forfeits the code.
   • If there were exceptional circumstances, submit a ticket through the Microsoft credentials support channel so the dedicated support team can review the case and confirm options based on the account and voucher details.

Because refunds for missed exams are not part of the standard policy and missed appointments typically forfeit the fee or voucher, only the official support team can review any possible exception.
