I never received my refund

I never received my refund on the app it says refund but I never received the money and I made sure to send it in the right card but I never got it I never received a email too and it’s been kinda a month and 5-7 business days again that I had waited to get my refund

    First, have you already contacted your bank to check if there is any pending refund on their end? Sometimes refunds can take a bit longer to reflect, depending on the bank’s processing time.

    If there’s no record of the refund, I recommend contacting Microsoft Billing Support directly so they can review your account and transaction in detail. You can follow these steps:

    Click this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/

    Sign in to your Microsoft account

    Select Microsoft 365, then click Get home support

    Type "Chat with an agent" in the text field and press Enter

    Click Contact support at the bottom

    Select the product you need help with

    Follow the prompts to connect with a live agent or request a call back

    They will be able to check the status of your refund and assist you further.
