The QR code for UHRS isn't generated by the UHRS app itself — it's produced on the vendor platform side, when you click into a UHRS task from your vendor dashboard. The app handles the session after that authentication step is complete, so if the QR code didn't appear, the issue likely lies with your vendor platform's onboarding flow rather than the app itself.
Since UHRS operates as a contractor-facing platform with its own dedicated support structure, this falls outside what we can assist with here on the Microsoft Q&A Forum.
