    Hi, good day!

When was the last time it worked properly

Have you made any changes to your computer recently?

Did the computer have built-in Bluetooth when you first used it?

Have you tried the AI suggested solutions?

Please let me know if you have tried the methods below.

    • Shutdown your computer

Unplug the power cable from the computer for 30 minutes, then plug it in again and turn on.

    This will open Services app

Find Bluetooth Support service in the list

Right click it then select Restart

Right click it again then select Properties

Click General Tab, in the Startup Type option, choose Automatic in the drop-down list.

    Click Apply and OK.

    Restart your computer.

    • Please try to turn off Fast startup

Press Start then search Control panel

Under View by > select Small icons

    Select Power Options

On the left side, click "Choose what power buttons do"

Click "Change settings that are currently unavailable"

Under Shutdown settings > Turn off fast startup

Power off the system then pull the power cable from the computer, wait for 15 minutes.

    Power back on

I look forward to your update and am happy to continue working with you until the issue is resolved. If you find the answer helpful, please click "Accept Answer" and consider upvoting it. Otherwise, please keep me posted by clicking "Add comments" below instead of selecting Yes or No.

Follow these steps on the Windows 11 Pro device where Bluetooth options (toggle/on–off) are missing:

    1. Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter
      • Open the Get Help app and run the automated Bluetooth troubleshooter for Windows 11. It will diagnose and attempt to fix missing Bluetooth and related issues.
      • Use this entry point: Run the troubleshooter in Get Help.
    2. Check Bluetooth in Device Manager and update the driver
      1. Select Start > Device Manager.
      2. In Device Manager, look for Bluetooth.
        • If it is present, select the Bluetooth adapter (it may include the word “radio”).
        • Right‑click it and select Update driver > Search automatically for updated driver software.
        • Complete the wizard, select Close, then select Start > Power > Restart and check if the Bluetooth toggle appears.
      3. If Bluetooth does not appear at all in Device Manager and there are no unknown devices, this usually indicates a driver or hardware/firmware issue. In that case, still proceed with steps 3–5 below.
    3. Verify Airplane mode is off
      1. Press Windows + A to open Quick settings.
      2. Make sure Airplane mode is turned Off, because it disables Bluetooth.
    4. Check for Windows Updates (including drivers)
      1. Select Start > Settings > Windows Update.
      2. Select Check for updates and let Windows download and install all available updates, including any Bluetooth or system firmware updates.
      3. Restart the PC when prompted and then check Settings > Bluetooth & devices to see if the Bluetooth toggle and device options have returned.
    5. Fully power‑cycle the PC (if Bluetooth disappeared after an update) If Bluetooth disappeared after a recent Windows update and normal restarts did not help:
      1. Shut down the PC completely.
      2. Turn off power to the PC (for a desktop, switch off and unplug the PSU; for a laptop, power it off and disconnect external power if possible).
      3. Wait several minutes, then reconnect power and boot again. This can clear certain firmware or hardware states that cause Bluetooth (and sometimes Wi‑Fi) to vanish after updates.

If, after these steps, Bluetooth still does not appear in Settings or Device Manager, the issue is likely with a missing/incompatible OEM Bluetooth driver or a hardware fault, and the next step is to obtain the correct Windows 11 Bluetooth driver from the PC or motherboard manufacturer and install it, then repeat the restart and checks above.
