A large number of files and folders have vanished out of mu onedrive. where can i get help with this?

1. Have you been over your OneDrive storage limit for several months without upgrading your plan?
2. Do you currently have an active Microsoft 365 Personal or Family subscription?
3. Have you checked your OneDrive Recycle Bin to see if the missing files were accidentally moved there? If so, you can restore them from that location.

Make sure you’ve signed in with the same account you used to upload or sync your files. If you’re signed in with a different account, you likely won’t see those files.

Alternatively, check whether the files have been moved to another folder, such as your Personal Vault, or if they’re available in your local device storage.
