If you are using a QR code to verify you, please try again after 24 hours. It can be that the app system is unstable. Make sure that your account on the website and app is the same.

If you still have the same issue, please try the following:

Please try restarting both of your devices and try scanning again.
Log out on both devices and try logging in again. Then, scan again.
Please try to use another browser and try again.
Try to uninstall the app and then restart your phone. Install the app and try again.

i think i have the same exact problem as him, and if it is then the problem is not about the phone app but actually about the website. i clicked redeem and when i have to verify either with a code sent to phone number or with the app, i couldnt do either of them cuz the qr method kept saying "We couldn’t verify you in the app. Refresh to try again." after like half a second and i cant add a phone number. yes, i changed browser. yes, i relogged

May I ask if you have an issue with the Bing app or on the Microsoft Rewards website?
May I also ask what the specific trouble you had when redeeming Microsoft Rewards? Are you unable to do the verification through QR code or phone number?

In the meantime, if it has trouble verifying you on the Bing app, please try to log out, then restart your device and log in again. Try to verify again.
