Hello,

I'm having an issue where the office apps is asking me to sign-in when I have a lifetime access of microsoft office pre-installed to my laptop. I'm suspecting that when I have my student email expired which is logged-in in my office apps the license also got expired and now I can't use my office apps even though I have a lifetime access with my laptop. Please help I'm struggling to fix this issue. Thanks!
