Unresolved Case No. 7100525291

I had a Windows 10 PC and Windows 11 Laptop on same home network. I could access files on either device from the other. Since downgrading my PC to Windows 11 I can still access files on the Laptop from the PC but cannot access PC files from the Laptop. I contacted Microsoft support 1st April but the issue remains unresolved and was to be "escalated". Microsoft support has failed me. My Case No. is 7100525291.

    With that said, I suggest to get in touch with live Microsoft Support then provide your escalated case number so you will be endorsed to a live Tier 2 technician who is equipped to handle more complex issue and help resolve the issue.
