you can try (stubborn removal)
- Boot into Safe Mode (hold Shift + Restart → Troubleshoot → Startup Settings → Safe Mode)
- Try uninstalling again from Safe Mode
- Afterward, manually delete leftover folders in C:\Program Files\360\ and C:\ProgramData\360Safe\
