I want to change date of birth but I can't

Question

I am parent and I have entered wrong date of birth by mistake which shows I am minor. I tried to change birth date to June 10, 1974 but it does not allow me to do that. Unique ID for the wrong birth date is 00034001246DE2DC

Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

Unfortunately, Microsoft makes it virtually impossible in some countries to change your own birth date if the current date makes you look like a minor. That said, Microsoft provides this guidance: https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/837badbc-999e-54d2-2617-d19206b9540a. If this doesn't work, try using the Help feature in the account when you log into https://outlook.live.com/.
