For the purchase issue:
- What is the country/region set on your Microsoft account?
- What is the region set on your Xbox or Microsoft Store?
- Was the KRW 70,000 gift card purchased in Korea, and was it successfully added to your Microsoft balance?
- Do you see any error message or code when trying to complete the purchase?
- Is this account part of a Microsoft Family group or has purchase restrictions enabled?
Without these details, it’s not possible to determine whether this is a region lock, a store restriction, or an account/billing limitation.
For the old Microsoft account:
- Are you unable to access the account because of a forgotten password, locked account, or lost email access?
