I got my score report, but I didn't get my certificate for Microsoft Azure Fundamentals

It can take 24-48 hours for results to appear on your Microsoft Learn profile under https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab especially over the weekend. The score report confirms the exam result, but the Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certificate appears only after the certification is fully issued and visible in the Learn profile.

Take these steps:

1. Confirm the certification is earned
   • Go to the Azure Fundamentals certification page listed under Microsoft credentials and verify that the required exam(s) are passed. For Azure Fundamentals, this is typically a single exam (for example, AZ-900). If a certification required multiple exams, the certificate would not appear until the final required exam is passed.
2. Check the correct Learn profile
   • Sign in to Microsoft Learn using the same personal Microsoft account used to schedule and take the exam.
   • If there might be multiple accounts (work/school and personal), sign out and try each possible account. Missing certifications are often due to using a different profile than the one used at exam registration.
   • After signing in, open the profile menu → Credentials → Certifications and check whether “Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals” is listed.
3. Verify that the exam result is present
   • In the same Learn profile, go to Credentials → Certifications and scroll to the Past exams section.
   • Confirm that the Azure Fundamentals exam (for example, AZ-900) appears with a passed status and that the score report is available. If the exam is not listed, it may be associated with a different account.
4. If the certification or certificate is still missing
   • Use the official “Missing Exams or Certifications” guidance:
     • Confirm again that the correct account is used and that the credential requirements are met.
     • If the exam was taken through Certiport, note that those certifications currently do not appear in the Microsoft Learn profile and must be managed via the Certiport account instead.
   • If everything looks correct but the Azure Fundamentals certification or certificate still does not appear, contact Microsoft Credentials Support so the certification team can review the account and fix missing credentials.

Once the certification is visible in the Certification Dashboard/Learn profile, the certificate can be accessed and downloaded from the Certifications area.
