My live.co.uk emails keep being rejected as spam. Why there is nothing contentious in the content

So, this is for outgoing messages, correct? How many are you sending at one time? How many recipients are included for the message? Is this for all outgoing messages regardless of the receiving domain or for just specific domains?

Which mail service is rejecting the messages? Is it outlook.com or the recipients' services? Please post the rejection message here exactly as it appears on your screen, but be sure to mask any addresses in the message.
