Outlook has given me a random email address that I have to use to sign in but this then means that I can't access the correct email address.
This occurs on 1 of 2 laptops and 1 of 3 PC's

Solved, as simple as signing in as an IT email rather than a Personal email.

    Hello,

That screenshot usually pops up when you try to log into the Outlook webmail using a custom domain email that is registered as a Microsoft account but doesn't have its own Outlook inbox set up. To nail down why it only happens on certain devices, I need to know how you are accessing your mail on the ones that work versus the ones that give you this screen.

Are you going through a web browser to outlook.com on the devices having the issue, but using an installed app like the classic Outlook desktop program on the ones that work?

Let me know the exact apps or browsers you are using on both so we can sort it out.
