Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hello @Rakesh Pandey,
Thank you for your question.
Please note that if there is still an active Microsoft 365 subscription associated with your billing profile, it is not possible to delete the payment method (such as a personal credit card) at this time. This behavior is expected, as Microsoft requires an active subscription to always have a valid payment method attached.
Regarding your plan to purchase licenses from an Authorized Dealer (CSP) instead of direct billing with Microsoft, the recommended next step is to contact Microsoft’s Billing Support team first. They can review your current billing setup and provide the most appropriate guidance on how to transition correctly without causing any subscription or billing issues.
To contact Microsoft Billing Support, please follow these steps:
- Sign in to the Microsoft Admin Center
- Click on Help & Support
- Type “I need agent support via phone or email”
- Select Contact support
- Choose the contact method Phone
- Fill in the support request details and carefully describe your situation
- Click Contact me
After submitting the request, a Microsoft support agent will contact you and guide you through the next steps in a professional and structured manner.
I hope this helps clarify the recommended approach. Please feel free to let me know if you have any other questions.
Kind regards,
