MCP ID/MC IDs have not been used since the merger of Certification profiles and Learn profiles in 2024. Your Microsoft Learn username is now your unique ID.

To recover or identify an old MCP ID, the available guidance is to contact the official Microsoft credentials support channel and work with them directly, as self-service lookup for legacy MCP IDs is not provided in the account portals described in the context.

Use the Microsoft credentials support page and submit a support request with as much information as possible about past certifications (name, email addresses used at the time, approximate dates, and any exam details). The support team can then look up and confirm the MCP ID if it is still on record.
