Passing exam MS-102 alone does not automatically guarantee that a certification and badge will appear; the Learn profile only shows certifications when all requirements for a specific credential are met and correctly associated with the same Learn account.
Use these steps:
- Confirm that the requirements for the certification that uses exam MS-102 have been fully met by reviewing its details page in the certifications catalog: certification or exam details pages.
- Verify that the correct Microsoft Learn profile is being used:
- Sign out of all Microsoft accounts in the browser.
- Sign back in to Microsoft Learn with any personal, work, or school accounts that might have been used when registering for the exam.
- Check the Certifications tab and Transcript for each account.
- If the exam was taken with a different login than the one currently used on Learn, associate or continue using the profile that shows the passed exam so the certification can be issued there.
- If the certification should be issued (all requirements met, correct profile, and more than 24 hours have passed since the result appeared) but still does not show as an active certification or badge, open a ticket with Microsoft Credentials Support so they can correct the profile and issue the certification and badge: Microsoft Credentials Support.
For sharing and downloading once the certification appears, use the options described in the certification process overview to view, download, and share certificates and badges from the Certifications tab and transcript.
