Dear Microsoft Certification Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to report that I cannot find my certificate for the Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect (Exam AB‑100) in my Certification Dashboard, even though I successfully passed the exam on 5 April 2026.

I have checked the Certificates tab in my Microsoft Learn / Certification profile, but the certificate is not appearing yet.

Here are my details for reference:

    • Exam Name: Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect
  • Exam Code: AB‑100
  • Exam Date: 5 April 2026
  • Could you please help verify my exam status and advise when the certificate will be available, or correct the issue if there is a problem with my profile?

Thank you very much for your support. I look forward to your guidance.

Kind regards, Shweta Rathi

Exams are not certifications. The AB-100 exam is only part of the requirements for the Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect Expert certification. You must also hold one of the prerequisite certifications https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/certifications/agentic-ai-business-solutions-architect

Exam results can take up to 24 hours to appear in the Certifications tab on the Learn profile. If the AB‑100 exam was passed on 5 April 2026 and the corresponding certification still does not appear after this period, the following checks and actions are recommended:

    1. Confirm that the correct Learn profile is being used
      • Sign in to Microsoft Learn and verify that the account matches the one used to register and take Exam AB‑100.
      • If multiple Microsoft accounts exist (work, school, personal), sign out and try each one to see where the certification appears, as credentials can be associated with different profiles.
    2. Verify that the certification requirements are met
      • Review the AB‑100 certification details on the certification or exam details pages to ensure that passing this single exam is sufficient to earn the certification and corresponding certificate.
    3. Check the Certifications / Credentials area instead of the legacy dashboard
      • Use the Certifications tab in the Learn profile (for example, the credentials area described in the documentation) to view earned certifications and associated certificates.
    4. If the certificate is still missing
      • Follow the guidance for missing exams or certifications and contact Microsoft Credentials Support so the support team can verify the exam status and correct any profile or mapping issues.

Key points from the official guidance:

    • Exam results can take up to 24 hours to appear in the Learn profile’s Certifications tab.
    • Missing credentials are often caused by using a different login account than the one used to register for the exam.
    • For unresolved issues, Microsoft Credentials Support is the escalation path.
