Certificate Not Visible for Passed Exam AB‑100 (Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect)

Dear Microsoft Certification Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to report that I cannot find my certificate for the Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect (Exam AB‑100) in my Certification Dashboard, even though I successfully passed the exam on 5 April 2026.

I have checked the Certificates tab in my Microsoft Learn / Certification profile, but the certificate is not appearing yet.

Here are my details for reference:

• Could you please help verify my exam status and advise when the certificate will be available, or correct the issue if there is a problem with my profile?

Exams are not certifications. The AB-100 exam is only part of the requirements for the Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect Expert certification. You must also hold one of the prerequisite certifications https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/certifications/agentic-ai-business-solutions-architect

Exam results can take up to 24 hours to appear in the Certifications tab on the Learn profile. If the AB‑100 exam was passed on 5 April 2026 and the corresponding certification still does not appear after this period, the following checks and actions are recommended:

   • Sign in to Microsoft Learn and verify that the account matches the one used to register and take Exam AB‑100.
