Hi. What sign-in option do you still see on the login page, password, code, or only passkey?
If you added a passkey and now cannot sign in, try to use another available sign-in method first, then remove the passkey from your account settings. On the sign-in page, select “Other ways to sign in” and try your password, a one-time code sent to your recovery email or phone, or the Microsoft Authenticator app if it was set up.
Once you get in, go to your Microsoft account Security page, open Advanced security options, find Passkeys under sign-in methods, and remove the passkey you added.
If no other sign-in method works, use the official account recovery form at account.live.com/acsr to verify your identity and regain access, then update your security info and remove the passkey.
