I have used Skype and teams on several iPads to call my bank or visa. Today calling 17753481000 this was the message.

we are sorry. Unfortunately cannot connect your call. 17753481000 unavailable. I filled out a form with two visa cc #s,,both declined. I don’t understand..they’re active, in good standing. Used one this morning. How can I resolve this. Can’t get back to chat

I'm not sure if this is the case, but it can be that this bank number does not accept anonymous calls. All calls you make using Skype Dial Pad are now anonymous/private, because since February 15, 2026, Microsoft has disabled any Caller ID set on Skype account.
