    In order to better assist you, could you tell me more details of your issue? (screenshots will be appreciated)

    Meanwhile, here are some suggestions you can try on your Android device:

    First, make sure the phone is online. OneDrive mobile features may not work properly without a good connection, and some settings may limit use on mobile data.

    If this happens with attachments or PDFs, go to Settings > Permission Manager > Files and Media > OneDrive, set it to Deny, then reopen the file in OneDrive and allow the permission again when prompted.

    In the OneDrive app, tap the three dots next to the file and choose Keep offline so the file downloads to the phone, then try opening it again.

    If the app itself is glitching, go to Settings > Applications > OneDrive, then Force Stop, Clear data, and Clear cache. If needed, uninstall and reinstall the app.

    If only one file fails, check whether it was moved, renamed, or is still open in another app.

    In case you need direct assistance from Microsoft Support, you can follow this path:

    • Visit this website: Contact - Microsoft Support 
    • Type Contact in the search box. 
    • Now click Get help, and Select Contact Support or Sign in to contact support below. 
    • Go to the Products and services tab, and choose either Microsoft 365 and Office category. 
    • On the Category tab, choose Technical Support. 
    • Go to Confirm. 
    • You can now choose the option of Chat with a support agent on your web browser. 

    Important Note: The Chat support team only works at certain work times, (Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm. Saturday and Sunday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.) so if the last window says you are not available, try to open it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. That way, they can call you and help you.
