My To Do apps on iOS crashing.

Microsoft To Do apps crash as soon as they are opened on both iPhone and iPad. Microsoft support keeps saying I need to contact To Do through the app, even when I tell them that is impossible as it crashes within seconds of opening. Can anybody help me contact To Do technical support.

    Hi, Andrew J

This looks more like a wider Microsoft To Do app problem on iOS than a problem with your phone. Here are some suggestions you can try:

Email the To Do team directly at hstodo@microsoft.com, include your device model, iOS version, and say the app crashes on launch.

Use the web version as a temporary workaround so you can still access tasks while waiting for a fix.

If you have a lot of old completed tasks, it is recommended that you delete those from the web version first, then reinstall the app. That has been suggested as a practical cleanup step when crashes keep coming back.

Also add it to the Feedback Portal so the issue has a tracked report.

You can do some generic workarounds for your device such as free up storage, restart the device, and if needed try Reset All Settings without erasing personal data.

Thank you for your patience in reading, I hope this information has been helpful to you.
