New Windows 11 PC and finding little things that didn't happen in Windows 10. In Outlook - I am moving selected emails from Junk to Inbox but they don't stay in Inbox. This is even though I tick the box of "Never send emails from this sender to Junk". Emails are from my daughter's gmail account. Very frustrating. How can I get them to stay in Inbox if I want them there?

Hi! Sorry to hear that you are having trouble with this situation. Please follow these steps in Outlook.com using Microsoft Edge:

Sign in to Outlook.com, then click the gear icon in the upper-right corner to open Settings. From there, open Mail settings.

Go to the Rules section and check whether there are any rules you did not create. If you see any suspicious rules, for example one that forwards all emails to an unknown address or moves all messages to Deleted Items, remove them immediately. Also check Forwarding and IMAP and make sure no unfamiliar forwarding address has been added. If you find one and it is not yours, remove it.
