To speak with a live Microsoft support agent about an account, billing, or payment issue, use one of these options from the provided resources:
- For Microsoft account, subscriptions, or Microsoft Store billing
- Go to Get help with your Microsoft account and choose I need to talk to a customer support agent: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2214417
- Or use Help with Microsoft Store purchases and select Get help: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2300553
- Describe the payment problem, then choose chat or request a call to reach a live person.
- If the issue is with a Microsoft 365/Office subscription charge
- Follow the steps in the moderator guidance for billing issues:
- Go to Contact – Microsoft Support (via the “Contact – Microsoft Support” link in the Q&A answer).
- Type Contact in the search box.
- Click Get Help, then Contact Support.
- Go to Products & Services → Microsoft 365 and Office → category Manage my subscription.
- Confirm, then choose Chat with a support agent or the Call me back option.
- Follow the steps in the moderator guidance for billing issues:
- If the payment problem is specifically with Skype paid services
- Use the Skype billing help page: I have a question about payments, billing or Skype's paid services.
- If Skype services are blocked or payments are failing, contact the Skype Customer Support team via: https://go.skype.com/ssc.chat.50
If the payment was for a Microsoft Store purchase and a refund is needed, use Help with Microsoft Store purchases and, if self-help does not resolve it, select the phone number for the region or use the Get help button to reach support.
